Ingredients
  • 1 pack gluten-free ready-roll pastry
  • 300 g gluten-free sausage meat
  • 1 tbsp onion chutney
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or gas mark 6.
  2. Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Mix the onion chutney with the sausage meat for added flavour.
  4. Shape the sausage meat into long rolls and place on the pastry, leaving space to fold.
  5. Fold the pastry over the sausage meat and press to seal. Trim any excess.
  6. Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Cut into rolls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
