Ingredients
  • 4 Potato skins
  • 2 slices Diced ham
  • 1 handful Grated dairy free cheese
  • 5 chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients, apart from the potato skins, in a bowl.

  2. Fill the potato skins with the mixture.

  3. Air fry at 200°C for 7-8 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
