Ingredients
  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 100 - g chorizo, sliced
  • 1 - red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 - white onion, sliced
  • 200 - g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 - cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 - tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 - tsp dried oregano
  • - Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 - tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  2. 2. In a baking tray, add the white onion, cherry tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
