Ingredients
  • 2 chicken • breasts
  • 2 tbsp • gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp • gluten-free oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp • sesame oil
  • 1 tsp • sugar
  • 1 tsp • fish sauce
Instructions
  1. 1 In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and fish sauce. Set aside.
  2. 2 Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
  3. 3 Add chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
  4. 4 Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken slightly and coat the chicken.
